Who We Are

Her Standard was created to redefine what good growth actually looks like.

After more than a decade working in senior marketing roles, I noticed the same pattern repeating across brands of all sizes. Growth was being pursued loudly, quickly, and often reactively. Teams were stretched thin, founders were pulled back into day-to-day decisions, and marketing became something to firefight rather than build.

On paper, many brands were growing.
Behind the scenes, it felt fragile.

I’ve spent my career working across strategy, brand, performance, retention, and commercial planning, often sitting at the intersection of marketing and the wider business. I’ve led teams, partnered closely with founders and leadership teams, and been accountable not just for revenue, but for margin, sustainability, and long-term impact.

I now work with founders and leadership teams across the UK, Europe, and internationally, partnering remotely with brands at different stages of growth.

What became clear is this:
